IRC Parramatta

Industrial Relations Commission (IRC) Parramatta was a 12week project, also known as the Department of Justice Parramatta. Crozy was subcontracted by Intrec Management to complete the Partitions Package which included the ceilings, walls, doors, glass and glazing. Crozy quotes this as one of the best jobs he has had. Crozy had to supply and install 350kg doors with bullet proof steel for the security gun room and reeded glass for the judges offices, according to accepted standards.

Waratah Private Hospital, Hurstville

Initially in 2015, Crozy completed works on Level 4 of WPH. Here Crozy “demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the specialised and demanding requirements of health care facility design and construction” (as stated in testimonial by Dr Tony Scaramuzza, Liverpool Eye Surgery). Subsequently, Crozy was awarded to complete works on Level 5 and then called back to carry out the renovations of the commercial kitchen. Works included supply and install partitions, ceilings, doors and door frames in accordance with architectural plans to meet NSW Health accreditation.In 2019, Crozy was contracted by RCCI project managers to complete partitioning works on Level 3 with new ceilings including feature Decor ceilings.

University of Western Sydney

The ‘Business Development Incubator’ project at UWS was the fitout of a new commercial office which included a breakout area, offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms.

Childcare Centers

Crozy Constructions WA have worked on a number of childcare centres. The works undertaken include partitions, ceilings, doors and windows. Childcare Centers have been unique projects due to differing standards which ensure child safety whilst providing a creative and fun environment for children to develop in.

Wanda Surf Life Saving Club

Crozy took part in the construction of a new clubhouse at Wanda Beach, Cronulla. Involvement included supply and install of all partitions and tile ceilings, FC sheeting, framing, doors and door frames. This project was unique in that Crozy also carried out some exterior works with materials suitable for such an exposed beachfront construction.

Service NSW

Crozy has undertaken numerous Service NSW refurbishments including Roseland, Revesby, Auburn, Botany, Corrimal, Forbes, Rockdale, Tuggerah, Warriewood, Warrawong, Terrigal, Yass, Wauchope, Gunnedah, Narrandera and Young. These projects took approx 4 weeks to complete. The extensive number of SNSW renovated shows Crozy demonstrated consistency resulting in further job opportunities.

University of Technology Sydney

This 16 week project involved the International meeting room spaces and Australia China Relations on Levels 18, 20 and 21. It was a demanding but well executed job including bulkheads, acoustic sealing, glazed partitions, doors, acoustic doors and seals, fire doors, door hardware, ceilings and plasterboard.

Workers Compensation Commission Project

This 16 week project involved supply and installation of partitions, ceilings as well as acoustic ceilings, doors and door hardware. Intrec Management Pty Ltd has described the works saying the”Innovative refurbishment breathes new life into the meeting and training rooms”.
